FitnessCharts is a muscle training management application that allows you to easily record your workouts from your calendar. It has a graph of muscle load, a customizable event function, a timer function, and a record-breaking function, allowing you to record your daily workouts and feel the growth of your muscles.

Recording procedure
Tap the pencil icon on the calendar to go to the event selection screen.
Tap the event you wish to record.
Enter the weight and number of times for the event. (Tap the + icon to repeat the data recorded in the previous set. Tap the repeat icon and then tap the + icon to cancel the repeat and the text box will be added empty).
4. When you return to the calendar screen, you will see a list of the events you have recorded.
If you want to edit a record, tap the name of the event in the list below the calendar, and you will be taken to the record screen.
If you want to delete a record, tap and hold the item to record the weight and rotation, and quickly slide it to the left.

[How to use the graph
1. Tap the tabs for each day, week, month, or year, and a graph of muscle load accordingly will be displayed.
2. Tap and scroll through the graph to see the muscle load value and date.

How to use the timer & notification function
Tap the timer time to select the time.
Press “START” to start the countdown. 3.
Press RESET to return to the set time and stop the countdown.
First, please allow notifications. For details on how to allow notifications, please refer to “Notification” on the Setting screen.
You will receive notifications even if you perform other operations (as long as they are in the background) while the timer is running.

How to add an event
Scroll to the rightmost tab and tap the “+” button.
2. Select a discipline name and a part, and tap the “Add” button.
The added events will be listed in the All tabs and the tab for the selected area.
To delete an added discipline, press and hold a card of the discipline in the discipline selection screen, and select “Delete” on the alert screen that appears.
