* select moves with how-to videos for your Strength, HIIT, Cardio, or Yoga workouts
* add any custom move of your own
* define repetitions or timer for a move to customize to your needs
* add sets so you can repeat the same moves many times to give your muscles the workout they need
* share your routine with friends and motivate each other

* invite your friends with a link that you can share anywhere
* you can see your friends progress and get messages when they finish a workout
* chat and have fun while working those muscles; enjoy it

Track Your Progress
* work those muscles and see your progress over time
* graphs to show total reps you've done over many months
* track workout time as well to show how much time you have spent every workout
* consistency is key
