Eligibility
To join this research study, you must:
- Be 13 to 25 years old
- Attend the in-person fitness program
- Have parental permission for ages 13 to 17
You cannot join this study if there is a medical reason you should not start an exercise program. Please check with your doctor before starting any exercise program.
