HOW TO BOOK?

Simply select the device you want to repair, then checkout!

As soon as you book your device for repairing we will then send you a protective box, you will also get a return postage label in the box, simply place your phone into protective box, stick the label onto the box and send it to us or you can take your device to our affiliated store and fix it on the spot.

REPAIR TIMINGS & ORDER TRACKING

Once we have received your device, we aim to repair the device within 24 working hours, however, sometimes delays can occur for a multitude of reasons which we will inform you about via a phone call or email. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by using our order tracker which you can see live updates on your order. Please note that more complex repairs, such as diagnostics, liquid damages and software repairs may take longer.

WARRANTY

Most repairs carried out by Fix Gadget Online come with a 12-month warranty, however, there are a few exceptions. Liquid damage related repairs and software repairs do not include a warranty and battery repairs come with a 3-month warranty.
