Fixi Handler lets the handler of the issue update the progress using the app and keep the administrator and the citizen updated.
App is designed with simplicity so that the handler finds it quick and easy to use. Once any issue is fixed, the handler can be notified for any nearby issue and navigate to fix the next issue.
