FixmyPlace is an administrative software, developed by Digihelp, to help automate the processes involved in the logging, handling, and fixing of faults leading to increased operational efficiency, high levels of transparency, and low turnaround times until issues are completely resolved.

We seek to achieve this through using digital technologies, thus ensuring that requests for services are handled timely, efficiently, and transparently thus reducing costs and economic waste emanating from inefficiencies in service delivery. FixmyPlace will also stimulate the public’s participation and enhance communication between the citizens and key stakeholders involved in property and utility management.
