Flatlife is a platform for residents to make payments to their owners via ACH transfers from their bank account, file and track maintenance requests and schedule repairs, send/receive messages to managers, and stay up to date on building announcements from management via the notifications feature.

For Managers:

Make announcements and send messages via the notifications tab. Receive, manage, and schedule maintenance repairs all from the click of a few buttons. Collect and manage property related payments, while keeping track of who is delinquent and who pays on time.
