What is it about?
Wearable analytics finally available for boxing training! Punch count is a fundamental measure of fighter output and conditioning. It’s virtually impossible for a trainer to hold mitts and count punches at the same time – the Flex-Mitts Punch Counter solves this problem. The Flex-Mitt Punch Counter is sold with the Flex-mitts (for now) and includes the sensor, the blue-tooth transmitter, and the Punch Counter App. The app is a fully functional ring timer and keeps tracks of the left, right, and total punches for each round. The Summary page tracks and displays left, right, and total punches for every round over all the rounds in a session. Use this app to set and achieve goals of punch rate for each round and total punches for an entire session.
