Flex Cam can also transform your phone into your own personal sports cam for instant highlight clips! It has been used to capture thousands of clips automatically with just an iPhone and an Apple Watch.

It records your entire session with your phone and then decides which clips to keep based on when you scroll the crown of your watch! By the time you come back to your phone, all your clips are on your phone automatically!

It also tracks your workout, calories and more!

INSTRUCTIONS

Before you go play:
- install both the mobile app on your iPhone, and the watch app on your Apple Watch
- Sign in with Apple
- Ensure your phone and watch are fully charged

When you’re about to record:
- Put your phone in airplane mode or do not disturb (phone calls interrupt the recording)
- Tap on the “start session” button
- Position the phone where you can get a good view of your rides
- Tap the “start recording” button

When you want to capture a moment:
- Scroll up on the crown of your Apple Watch till the circle fills up and you see the “rock on” hand sign

When you’re done:
- Tap the “Recording” button on your phone to stop recording
- Tap on the thumbnail from your session to view your clips!
