FlexGround Maintenance

FlexGround Maintenance App is designed for anyone concerned with the safety of a playground. It caters to everyone from the facilities manager of a local park where thousands of children play all the way to a parent who has a small playground in their backyard. The FlexGround Maintenance App provides a few separate tools for you to gauge the safety of your playground and to determine the best course of action to fix the problems. There are five tools at your disposal:

If you are looking for a new playground or playground surfacing installation, repairs on an existing playground, or are just looking for more information regarding playground safety, use this form to get in contact with one of our experts.

CREATE CUSTOMIZED MAINTENANCE REPORT:
Work your way through safety categories and mark any safety trait that does not apply to your playground. You can then generate a .pdf document that will display all of the safety traits and showing which traits you have marked and need to be fixed. Doing this, provides you with an all encompassed customized "Safety Report Card" so you will know exactly what status the playground is in whether it is very safe or very hazardous. You can attach photos as well to document specific areas of concern. Once your report is generated, you can save it within the files on your iPhone, text message, email, or even send/open it in other iOS apps.

MAINTENANCE MANUAL:
An iOS app version of the FlexGround Maintenance Manual for poured-in-place rubber surfacing. Useful for anyone who currently has a poured-in-place playground or someone who is looking at installing one in the future. The manual contains information on general upkeep, cleaning the pad, solvents and solutions to avoid, and repair options available if needed.

PLAYGROUND CLEARANCES:
A large collection of playground safety rules and ADA compliance rules compiled into one easy to use page. Select a piece of equipment and an age range the equipment is intended for to receive information on critical fall heights, use zones, and any clearances need between other components and/or the surfacing below.

SQUARE FOOT CALCULATOR:
Using embedded formulas you can enter in dimensions and the app will provide the area in square feet. This tool will be useful for anyone looking for repairs to an existing playground or interested in installing a new playground.
