Flunx

FLUNX IS A MATCHING AND A MESSAGING APP:
Flunx transfers the key steps of getting to know someone onto your smartphone. You enter your interests and subjects and Flunx shows you the entries of other users that match. You can contact each other and chat. If you enjoy the chat, you can introduce yourselves via the Hello button. Now you are favorites, your names and profile pictures are visible and you can remain in touch.

FLUNX IS ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE:
All statements („flunx“) have a maximum duration term of three hours. After that they are deleted from the server. That is why Flunx’ content is always up-to-date. Your expired flunx remain on your smartphone and you can activate, edit and re-post them.

FLUNX PROTECTS YOUR DATA:
In order to register with Flunx you only need a valid email address. This is where we will send the activation link. We do not know who you are, which flunx you publish, which content you share with others in the chat, to whom you introduce yourself or whose favorite you are or have been.

At Flunx all chats are end-to-end encrypted. Your private key will be generated on your device on registering and will remain there. The encryption and decryption of all chat messages occurs on your smart phone. This way you can be certain that only the intended recipient will read your messages. We only transmit encrypted chats via our server. We cannot read them. You are thus effectively protected from man-in-the-middle attacks.

Our servers are in Germany. Therefore your data falls under all applicable (and strict) German data protection laws, such as the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) or Telecommunications Act (TKG). These are in accordance with the data protection directives of the European Union. These laws, in combination with Flunx technology, ensure very higher data protection standards.

AT FLUNX YOU ARE NOT THE PRODUCT:
We are not interested in collecting data from you. Thus we cannot sell your data. We will not show you advertisements. We are an independent, entirely privately financed company.
