Fodmap Quest

Fodmap Quest takes you on a journey through the stages of the fodmap diet to help you improve your gut feeling and health. It adds game design elements to a fodmap diet model to keep you motivated. The journey takes about five weeks to complete. It will help you reach a better understanding of how to approach everyday life with IBS.

The app contains:
Five hand painted overworld maps.
A list of low, medium and high fodmap foods.
A diary for keeping track of your daily status.
A grocery list for each week.
A four meals per day plan with recipes.
Rewards.

Before starting a low fodmap diet you should always consult a medical professional. The diet is also best executed under the supervision of a dietitian.
