Foodbank Volunteer

This app came about as a way for a local foodbank to replace a slow, inefficient, paper-based process with a modern, online, app-based process and it has been a real success and in use now for more than 3 years.

- Signposting
Easily direct clients to other agencies who can help when with any problem or need.

- Inventory
Find available donated items for clients with ease and submit a request straight away.

- Support Requests
If a client needs specialist help, submit requests to the local foodbank office who will arrange some help.

- Surveys
It's always good to know about your clients so you can add custom surveys to the app to ask the questions you'd like.

- Client Records
An area to record any other types of vouchers (e.g. Energy, Fresh Food etc.) issued to clients to aid in spotting mis-use of the system.

== How To Use This App ==

- Using the app requires you to link your account to a UK Foodbank who is using this app. See your local foodbank's manager to request access.

- If your local UK Foodbank is not using this app, ask them to email hello@foodbank.app to request information on how to set up an account.
