FoodPantryPAL

This iPhone/iPad application is used by the Lutheran Community Services(LCS) and volunteers at their Food Pantries in New Castle County, Delaware. The purpose is to provide food to their clients and document their visit.
The application provides a Search Screen for the user to type a name or part of a name to find the client registered with the LCS Food Pantries. The client's information includes: address, DOB, phone number, additional household members, ID information, eligibility status and notes any special information or additional assistance they need). The Log Visit screen shows a recap of the client name and family size along with a touchscreen box for the client to sign and confirm their pantry visit. This visit, including a time and date stamp, is logged into the system and the data is transferred to the LCS Food Pantry PAL web database for archiving. Users can also add and edit client notes.

A separate Web application is used for client/user management and data reports (not included in the iPhone/iPad application).
