FoodSmart - Labelling System

Foodsmart.online extension to the digital food safety management system, designed as the end user application to electronically print food compliance labels from an easy to use application.

All recipes and labels are managed through the compliance centre by visiting the compliance centre at https://foodsmart.online where you can create recipes and record allergens and energy information and assign a pre-defined label and manage your production history.

This application complies with the UK Food Information Amendment, also known as Natasha’s Law, came into effect on the 1st of October 2021 and requires food businesses to provide full ingredient lists and allergen labelling on foods prepackaged for direct sale on the premises. The legislation was introduced to protect allergy sufferers and give them confidence in the food they buy.
