Forcardio is a smart mobile and web application that seamlessly connects to any FDA-approved heart monitoring device used by clients through a mobile App to the physician’s device.

Forcardio eliminates the need for a caregiver to use hundreds of Apps to manage heart diseases. Forcadio App connects all devices’ data into a single App. We also integrate with the health app (HealthKit) to get your latest vitals so it can be sent to your physician.

INFORMATION ON USING THE APP AND SUBSCRIPTION

To our esteemed users, kindly note that the download of the App is free of charge. However, to access and use the full functionalities, the App must be connected to a hospital Account. Don’t worry, we have several hospitals on-boarded on the App. You just have to pick any facility of your choice and connect. There is a minimal monthly subscription fee also which will be shown on the App. You can subscribe monthly or enjoy the discounted Annual subscription.

Notice
This version of Forcardio does not currently have a feature that automatically set a threshold for abnormal readings. However, your health is directly monitored by your doctor and a notification is sent based to you based on the evaluation of your vitals.
This feature is currently under review by the Nigeria Health Data Compliance body and would be available to you once approved.
