The application allows for complete and contactless management of the event, including proper delegation of tasks, dislocation of personnel, and most importantly, proper circulation of information between those involved in the preparation of the event. The application will enable event management,

communications with staff, services and volunteers, as well as reporting on the progress of the event to partners or sponsors.

The system designed in this way will provide automated, remote management of the process of organizing a sports, recreational or cultural event while maintaining full data security. The application will perform a number of functions of a communicative nature, facilitating the transfer of information about the event and improving the efficiency of its

organization:

- E-office of the event organizer (event management: schedule, tasks, assigned roles to personnel),

- information for subcontractors,

- information package for the announcer - description of activities, description of sponsors,

- reporting - non-contact report sharing with event sponsors/partners.
