Forward 2024

What is it about?

This app is to support our company-wide in person recurring summit event called Forward (https://www.hakuforward.com/). The purpose of this app is to be interactive and informative for our customers and employees alike. Some of the major interactive functionality we have added to this build includes: registering for the event on-site, understanding changes in weather with an API to an internationally known weather forecasting system, creating a schedule of events to attend, getting context and changes on speakers and themes for the key events, taking photos in our Photobooth feature and adding stickers to share across all major social media, texting and email platforms! While the app right now is highly interactive, we also plan to enhance with additional features we will push during and after the event including, push notifications throughout the day to support key timeframes of information as well as calls to actions for attendees and a survey to complete about their experience at the event. The app will better enable our customers to not only have a successful event through interactive, informative, simple and streamlined UI, but also allow them to interact with our organization for us to better improve our operations and ultimately our business.
