What is it about?
FPM (Fuel Property Monitor) that predicts fuel properties using Infrared Spectroscopy and Chemometrics. The instrument has an embedded computer that controls the hardware, runs the analysis software, and communicates with the iPhone and iCloud via iPhone only if a user is already logged in for iCloud on iPhone. When a fuel sample is analyzed, the results are stored in a Results directory on the FPM. The Chemometrics software utilizes models (in the form of XML files) that are stored in a Methods directory on the FPM. To upload and download the models on the FPM
