How it works:

Hiring managers provide their competency/challenge assessments on FreshHire, and invite candidates to take those challenge tests in a specific period of time. The invited candidates register their profile on FreshHire and take the assigned assessment. FreshHire app delivers the assessment while making sure the integrity of the test and candidate is maintained. The assessment scores are then made available for review by hiring managers. Now managers can have a better visibility into the potential fit of a candidate and only pre-filter who they see appropriate for an in person interview.

In order to ensure the integrity of tests and to verify the identity of candidates, FreshHire collects scans of the face and identification documents during the profile creation step of the process. After the baseline profile creation is complete, candidates will be able to browse the placement assessments they’ve been invited or you are eligible to take. While the candidate is taking the pre-employment assessment, the FreshHire app uses their webcam and microphone to ensure the test integrity in analyzing their video and audio session data. The data analysis is done algorithmically in an asynchronous fashion without needing any live human proctor watching the candidate taking the assessment, thus allowing candidates to take assessments in the comfort of their home and at their schedule.
