Frest: Heart Rate Monitor

Our app has a heart rate tracking function. Put your finger on the rear camera of your iPhone, and a special algorithm will measure the number of heartbeats. The data chart is stored in the app. Control your heart rate on a regular basis, even if you feel good. The acquired data helps to get a complete view of a heart condition during medical check-ups. The preventive measures will help you be fit and keep a healthy heart-rate for many years to come.

Normal heart rhythm is the basis of human health. Generally, our heart rate varies from 60-100 beats per minute. Heart rhythm disorder may occur regardless of gender or age. Arrhythmia is often diagnosed only in the course of a regular check-up, as it might be asymptomatic. That is why it’s so important to systematically control your heart rate.

Frest: Heart Rate Monitor uses HealthKit in order to record your heart rate measurements in Health application. The app requests reading access to the following data types: weight, height, birthdate and gender in order to easily gather profile information. When you measure your heart rate in the app - it automatically sends the heart rate to Health app. The synchronization with Apple Health can be switched off in the application Settings.
