What is it about?
This App is part of the Global FROMM Lifecycle Care Service Program for all FROMM products. The Visual Assistance Service App offers your (service) employees the opportunity for personal, fast, efficient and educational live audiovisual support by a FROMM specialist, during their installation, maintenance, service work or training of FROMM products. Live images of the object can be exchanged, deviations shown and technical literature and advice offered via a direct internet connection. For this you can use a Smartphone, a Tablet or the hands-free solution with Smart Glasses. In this way of rapid exchange of information, a diagnosis can be made in a short time, questions answered, decisions taken and a possible follow-up action planned. This saves valuable (travel) time and questions about faults and settings can be handled quickly and efficiently. When using Smart Glasses, mechanics have their hands free and can simultaneously perform actions where the FROMM Specialist watches live and can possibly give directions. In consultation with your employee, the FROMM Specialist can decide to make recordings for consultation or training purposes.
