Fruitful LA

Fruitful is a community-oriented app that allows users to buy and sell things such as produce, homemade goods, and creative items, while simultaneously supporting community organizations. When someone buys an item, a portion of the sales proceeds is donated to the local organizations supported by both the buyer and the seller. Our goal is to promote sustainability and foster stronger, more fruitful communities!

Specifically, Fruitful enables anyone in the community to contribute by listing items on the Fruitful marketplace. This can be easily done using their phone's camera and filling in a few fields describing the item, availability, stock, etc. When the item is sold, a portion of the proceeds is donated to the buyer’s and seller’s selected organizations. The app also helps the seller to make sure the item is delivered within the specified time frame and confirms delivery.
