Funeral Services, Inc. (FSI)’s sContract iPad application streamlines the PreNeed contract sales process by generating error-free, professional and compliant contracts for trust-funded PreNeed programs. Using the eContract, funeral directors and PreNeed sales agents may create an FSI PreNeed contract that is compliant with Federal Trade Commission regulations and, where state-mandated, contains a standardized Statement of Funeral Goods and Services.

eContracts are uploaded directly into FSI’s record-keeping system, PRISM. Unlike other record-keeping systems for trust administration, PRISM is designed specifically for the death care industry and provides online access to trust accounts, individual PreNeed contracts, transactions and monthly statements.

With the eContract App, FSI clients achieve faster web-based access to information and enhance the efficiency of their PreNeed program while being certain both their funds and information are safe.
