App Store Description

Fudo was developed as a collaboration between Novosi, the Eating Disorders Clinical and Research Program at Massachusetts General Hospital (EDCRP at MGH), and the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. It is designed to help expand food choices in people with picky eating. Picky eating can develop into Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), a serious eating disorder characterized by extreme picky eating.

The app's guide, Fudo, teaches you about exploring new foods using components from cognitive-behavioral therapy for ARFID (CBT-AR), a treatment developed and being studied by EDCRP at MGH. However, if you are struggling with or suspect you may have an eating disorder, please seek professional treatment.
