Fullrate Voicemail
By listening to your voicemail messages directly from the app you don’t need to call your traditional mobil answer again. With the Fullrate app it’s easy and quick to listen to your messages, rewind and delete the messages. Furthermore, you can record your personal welcome message or send a message as a sound file via mail.

Switchboard
Direct call conversion: Convert a call directly using the Fullrate app and avoid telling the customer to call again to another number. You can convert a call to one person or a group of persons. Switchboard with direct conversion is ideal for small business users, who needs a simple and professional mobile solution for the reception.

Queue function
Use the queue function and do not worry about missing important calls. With queue function your customers can wait, when you’re busy with another call, and won’t have to leave a message on voicemail or wait for you to call back. In that way you both save lots of time.

Main number
With one main number you only have to inform your customers and other relations this nummer and decide whether calls should be answered by one of more persons. Your company’s main number can be either a fixed net number or a mobile number. Using the Fullrate app you can set up calls to be directed to one or more phones at the same time – and in which order. Thereby calls can be answered quickly and flexible.

Welcome message
Record you personal welcome message with the Fullrate app and present yourself or your company in a professional way, before a call comes through. You can also benefit from the welcome message feature by creating attention to your customers on news, campaign offers etc.

Call menu

With the call menu in Fullrate app your customers can just choose a number and then get directly in touch with the given department or person. It is easy and quick to define the call menu from a template in the Fullrate app.

Call recording
Record conversations and rewind if necessary. Using the Fullrate app you can record the whole conversation and hereafter play, download or share the conversation, and fx use the recording as a meeting resume. Call recording is legal when you yourself is a part of the conversation.

Show secret number
Be able to see the secret number of the calling person, even if the number is registered as hidden or secret. Thereby you can easily decide who should answer the call. The Fullrate app gives the calling person the opportunity to accept that the secret number must be shown just by pressing ‘5’.

Switchboard

The Fullrate app makes it easier to convert calls, using a mobile phone or tablet, to one person or a group of people. Call conversions handling can be either direct call conversions or via a receptionist who receives the call and announce the call before forwarding it to someone else.

Do not disturb
Avoid getting disturbed while in a meeting or at other times, where you don’t want to get disturbed. It’s easy to add do not disturb periods, or extend an actual period. The feature provides an overview of the do not disturb periods.

Opening hours
With the Fullrate app it’s easy to control opening hours on the phone. You just record a message that can be used outside opening hours. You can use different voicemail messages and change and the opening hours per day.
