Furseti is a professional mobile application, where it helps employers and recruiters to meet their potential employees.
The suffering journey of our children commences upon graduation when they will get the job in compliance with their qualifications with the right employers. As a founder of this application, and throughout my three decades of experience, I have seen employees working inapposite of their major because they did not have the chance to catch the right career to help their families or payback education loans.

Employers and recruiters, are frustrated with high response of irrelevant candidate resumes received to job announcement, most of the received applications are not matched with job announcements, resumes are overstating the qualification of the potential candidates, their personalities are not as they declare , and many other reasons, so the employer had to go over the advertising process, or to involve recruiter’s services.

Candidates subscribed to different employment sites are getting upset of continues receiving irrelevant job emails notifying them of different employment vacancies despite of their offset jobs looking for, don’t know much about the employer, job description is not identified, little details of their reward , and many other reasons to eliminate response of applying.

Public job announcements do not attract seniors and top management; Fursiti headhunts them.
