App Overview

This coffee and food delivery app enables users to place orders conveniently without requiring sign-in for browsing. Users can view the app's entire menu, browse items, and check prices without creating an account. Registration is only necessary for placing orders, tracking, or utilizing additional features.

User Registration & Login

Users can register with a Futurebean account or use Single Sign-On (SSO) through Google, Apple, or Facebook. Registration requires basic personal information such as name, email, and phone number. A two-factor verification process confirms user identity via email and SMS. Existing users can reset their passwords as needed. Once registered, users receive a welcome email, which will be sent through our Klaviyo integration.

Browse Without Signing In

The app allows users to fully browse the menu and navigate through categories without signing in. This feature is designed to give customers flexibility and ease when exploring products before committing to registration or login.

Delivery Methods

Deliver to me: Delivery directly to the user’s current location (e.g., a store or selected spot).
Parking Space Delivery: Orders are delivered to predefined parking spots within a set radius.
Pickup from Store: Users can schedule a pickup at a specific time or choose immediate pickup. The app integrates with the Square POS system to ensure seamless communication of order details.

Order Management

Add and Customize Items: Users can select items from the categorized menu, add them to the cart, and customize as needed.
Order Cart: The order cart displays store names, selected items, customization details, quantity, pricing, and applicable discounts. Users can modify their cart at any time before checkout.

Loyalty Program Integration

The app integrates with Square for its loyalty program. Users can automatically apply loyalty points earned through past purchases towards future orders, tracked directly through their account.

Reordering Past Orders

Users can view a list of previous orders and quickly reorder. The app stores order history, allowing users to access past items, check order details, and reorder with a single tap.

Account Deletion

Users can initiate an account deletion request directly through the app. Upon submitting the request, the account will be deleted after 30 days. Within the first 7 days, the user can cancel the deletion request. The system ensures compliance by anonymizing user data after deletion while preserving order history for reporting purposes.

Location Permissions

Location permissions are requested for delivery functionality. For iOS users, the app requests 'always' access. This enables accurate delivery to users’ locations.
