Our chairman, George Lim started the Kota Kinabalu branch of SL LING & CO(PJ) in 1999 with a strong belief and vision – to be a SME Expert by creating value in every process.

To better service the SMEs’ Industry, he got hold of the right group of people and established G & A Management Services in 1999 and Ling and Lim Tax Consultants Sdn Bhd in 2001 respectively. In year 2002, SL LING & CO branch was dissolved to make way for the establishment of LIM SU CHUNG & CO.

Having the belief to continue upgrading of quality and reliability, Ling and Lim Tax Consultants Sdn Bhd was changed to Ideal Tax Consultant Sdn Bhd in 2006, followed by the establishment of new companies, Ideal Tax Solution Sdn Bhd, G & A Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, G & A Corporate Solution Sdn Bhd and G&A Corporate Consulting Sdn Bhd (formerly Topsoft Solution Sdn Bhd) with the joining of new partners.
