G.L.O.M. Outpatient Services

G.L.O.M. Outpatient Services, Inc. also known as G.L.O.M. OPS is a California based 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that was formed in June 2023. The corporation was founded by our founder Dr. Allen S. Turner with the intent of reaching the needs of those suffering from moderate to severe mental illnesses and those suffering from the disease of addiction. With the overwhelming number of men, women and children even into the millions who have a diagnosed mental illness along with the millions who suffer with a mental illness that has not been diagnosed as well as the tremendous amount of people overdosing on fentanyl and other drugs, we felt the call to action to no longer watch this epidemic destroy countless more lives, but rather be a part of the solution to save lives and help people recover and be better for themselves, their families and their children.

G.L.O.M OPS opened in the State of California our outpatient clinics to address the needs of both those suffering from mental illnesses and those suffering from substance abuse addiction who are not residing with our several residential facilities. Our founder saw the great need for our services to be offered to individuals who are at home needing services, in other facilities that do not offer our service provisions, or for anyone in our cities and communities that just needed extra support. These clinics are all certified and licensed by the Department of Health Care services as well as accept clients who have Medicare, Medicaid and other private insurances.
