Follow the simple steps when using the Gastronoma sous vide cooker and you are sure to prepare fantastic meals for your family and friends.
Connect the sous vide cooker and your phone ,via your home Wifi network. You only need to do this one time.
* Vacuum seal your food with a vacuum sealer
* Fill a pot with lukewarm water, insert the Gastronoma sous vide in the pot
* Select time and temperature via your phone or direct on the sous vide
cooker and push start.
* When the sous vide has reached the set start temperature insert the
vacuum bag(s) in your pot and push continue on the phone or the unit.
You can now follow or change the set time and temperature on your phone.
You can even follow the process if you are outside and connected to 3G or 4G.
The box includes a quick guide in English, German, Danish and Swedish - and on the phone you can find various recommendations for cooking temperatures
and time.You can also access an on-line manual through the phone.
