GCS (Gated Community Services) Platform designed to serve the residents and the Management of any gated community worldwide by providing innovative varieties of automated services. GCS can serve compounds, residence buildings, resorts, business & commercial facilities.
Resident can request any maintenance, provide gate access to visitors, register external work permissions and report any incident to the security in a very user friendly and complete privacy in addition to other services. The platform will send the Resident a notification whenever a Service Request status changes.
Compound Visitors will receive SMS with the visit request initiated by the Resident to insure that all visits to the compound are pre-authorized.
Management can send news, announcements and specific messages to all the residents, specific unit, multi units, unit type or a unit group.
Residents can track their Service Request anytime whether it is in progress, delayed or completed. Resident also can escalate any request to management for unsatisfactory or inadequate quality of services.
Service Requests are automatically directed to the designated service provider’s mobile with notification (Security Officer, Engineer or Back Office Agent/Admin) for quick response and to avoid any delay/bottleneck that might occur waiting for request dispatching.
Compound Management will be able to assign roles and responsibility to its staff through an automated role matrix capability by the Admin, which gives flexibility in managing and controlling resources.
Compound management will benefit from smooth operations of services provided, saves time and efforts and achieve a very cost-effective model of operation. GCS also provides reports and statistics for best resource utilization and performance measurements.
The application is multi language that can serve all English and Arabic speaking communities worldwide in an extremely secured platform.
