Welcome to GDAS. We've drawn from numerous traditional yogic lineages in order to provide you with a comprehensive, accessible and all-inclusive yoga practice that will strengthen your body, calm your mind and open your heart.
We believe yoga is more than just a workout (but we definitely don't forget that part). You can expect a well-rounded safe practice. We offer intuitive, intelligent, simple sequencing that is adaptable for all body types and experience levels.
All classes stem from traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, Jivamukti and Iyengar yogic systems and are intended to be a moving prayer.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS

GDAS Global offers one auto-renewing subscription option called GDAS Monthly Subscription:

$9.99 per month after 1 month of free trial.

This price is for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
