4. The app is the only course of its type accredited by Skills for Justice Awards, part of the Workforce Development Trust. SFJ Awards develop and deliver nationally recognised qualifications for the Justice and Community Safety Sector, the Legal Sector, Local Government and the Military.

5. The content is constantly reviewed and updated in light of guidance from the ICO, decided cases in court, and established good practice. Information and updates are pushed directly to the app on the user's device, so important information on compliance will never be missed.

Subscriptions

A subscription is required to access GDPR -Accredited Training. One subscription entitles the user to one GDPR - Accredited Training certificate and access to the app's immersive learning scenarios and training materials for one year. This certificate is valid for one year from the date of completion.

Subscriptions cost £18.99 and will last for one year. It will renew automatically at the end of each year, unless cancelled.

- Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Automatic renewals will cost the same price you were originally charged for the subscription.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
