Gem - Gratitude Journal

Gem is the simplest and most effective way to be happier!
Positive psychology studies show that we can deliberately cultivate gratitude, and increase our well-being and happiness by doing so. Gem helps you to be more grateful.

Every time you are proud of an action or you enjoy an amazing moment, write it on Gem to get a Gem. A Gem is a piece of happiness and you can get up to 3 Gems every day.
Try to get your Gems every day by reviewing your day before going to bed for example!
