GeneSearch

The app features:
- A clean, intuitive interface for searching genes by name or symbol
- Toggle between human and mouse species for targeted searches
- Detailed gene information pages showing descriptions, functions, genomic locations, and aliases
- Ability to save favorite genes for quick access
- Recent search history tracking - Integration with NCBI's genetic database for accurate, up-to-date information

The app has two main tabs - a Search tab for finding genes and a Favorites tab for accessing saved genes.
