Genesis utilizes Apple HealthKit integration and proprietary software technology to monitor heart rate, blood pressure and other vital signs; nutrition; physical activity; and sleep quality. Additional information from your medical examination by Genesis staff is recorded to the app for a more complete picture of your health. With the Genesis software and app you will be able to track and manage all aspects of your nutrition, fitness and brain utilization.

The app will serve as your guide and resource center as you progress through the program towards better physical and brain health. The program, based on new scientific research, helps to develop the best personal plan for overall better brain and physical health.
