Genuine Indef App

We created this Genuine Indef App primarily to counter an influx of counterfeit products in the market today, in addition to building a stronger connect with our end-customers. Something we believe has been a growing need of the hour, in today's market.

To help achieve this, we have kept the central function of the App down to allowing our end-customers a way to authenticate their Indef product(s) purchased after April 2019. They could do so, by either scanning the QR Code received on their Purchase Certificate using the App's interface, or by manually entering the 15-digit number found below the QR Code. Once the product has been successfully authenticated, the user will be shown basic details of their purchased item including its image for verification.

In case of counterfeit products being purchased, the customer will be informed immediately - allowing them an option to red flag this information to HHL as well as getting in touch with their Seller or respective Point of Contact (POC). A move we believe will help curb the rampant spread of such counterfeit products, leading to their eventual elimination from the markets altogether.

As an inaugural offer, and to increase the App usage, we are Extending the Warranty for all applicable product(s) by a period of Three Months (03) once the User/Customer gets their electrical products commissioned by Certified Technicians of the Authorised Business Partners (ABP) of HHL and Registers themselves on the App.

The App also provides the customer with details (including guided-Map access) to an ABP closest to their physical location currently. More features around this, including Hoist Servicing are being designed by us, so stay tuned and ensure you're always running a current version of this App.
