GeriCheck is an App that helps elderly people take an active role in improving their health and wellbeing. It does this by identifying Geriatric Syndromes-these are treatable conditions that cause significant functional decline.
The user answers one screening question for each syndrome and enters some basic measurements. The app then creates a letter to the family physician, inviting him or her to treat the syndromes identified by the user.

המשתמש עונה על שאלת סקירה אחת עבור כל סינדרום ומקליד מספר מדידות פשוטות. גֵּרִיצֶ'ק מארגנת מידע זה לתוך מכתב לרופא/ת המשפחה אשר מסייעת לרופא/ה לטפל באותם סינדרומים שהמשתמש איתר.
