4. Learn the look and watch yourself in the mirror.
5. Add the ball, and (a) practice against a wall or into a court by self feeding (b) with a ball machine or with another player.

Subscribe to the "Warm Ups & Aerobics", "Strength & Flexibility" and "Contact Moves (Footwork)" channels collectively for just A$4.49 per month.
