It is a great feeling when a task is completed successfully. But it is also always a challenge to attack everyday tasks with high motivation and to really master from A to Z! Though for those who don’t manage to motivate themselves, they battle all too often with self-doubt.

Starting to learn the day before the exam, that can really be risky. Sport is only profitable for those who regularly jump into their sport shoes or swim their lengths in the pool.
