The GetLaundry app for drivers is designed with features that makes it easier for our partners to track and update the status of the orders assigned to them made through GetLaundry consumer app.

Drivers can see and analyze the following information in the app:
- Order ID

- Customer’s Name

- Date and Time of Order

- Pick-up and Delivery Locations/Area

- Payment Information and Status

- Special Instructions, if any

Most importantly, through this app, drivers can send real-time messages directly to the customers every step of the way. Customers will be notified once their laundry have been picked-up, cleaned or ready for delivery.
