GIMOS.tech includes different Interfaces used for manufacturing execution. This operating system is based on the Toyota Production System that integrates a new generation of technology accelerators like IoT, integration, big data, and others helping to reduce wastes, variation, and risks from traditional manual processes interconnecting all data directly from operations process/machines/products to supporting teams and customers promoting timely decision making for operational execution excellence.


GIMOS.tech promotes a continuous process flow that makes problems evident, so waste is eliminated through kaizens. This system levels out the workload using Standard Combination Sheets (SCS) and continuous confirmation of complete cycles measuring efficiency in real-time. This helps ensure the process supply chain continuity by integrating pull systems.


Regarding quality, GIMOS.tech is a great supporting tool to register stop and fix events, defects found/created, quality alerts, quality standards, and quality notifications so people in manufacturing lines get the right quality from the first time reducing the likelihood of shipping the non-conforming products to customers.
GIMOS.tech facilitates the standardization across different processes promoting and empowering production people to leverage on continuous improvement and to include a learning curve reduction for new operations.
