To get started simply download the app and set up your profile – this will save time and stress later on.

What you get:

• Use for all accidents – can be used for any vehicle claim such as single or multi vehicle, storm damage or theft
• GPS functionality – plots your current location and time for you
• Integrated camera – allows you to take photos of the damage and scene, and attach to your claim
• Auto save – saves the info you enter as you move through each step
• Privacy protected – data is safely stored in the app, can be PIN protected, and is always securely transferred to GIO.

Once you’ve submitted your claim details we’ll contact you within 2 working days to progress your claim, easy. It’s just another way we go into action when you need us most.
