Use this simple app to log the blood glucose readings.

You can record the glucose along with meal type and date/time.
This app lets you view your blood glucose trend in a graph as well as revisit history of your records. Allows user to delete the recorded data.

App provides options to either log Glucose Reading anonymously (using Skip button) or provides portability of data to newer devices using Facebook or Email login.
