The Personal Safety solution provides a Bluetooth button linked to your smart phone. This allows you to trigger an emergency event. The App provides the ability to configure responses that are based on both push notifications and voice and text messaging.

The voice component provides options for instant communication using conferencing with multiple persons. Included is localization information that provides your respondents with your location.

The Push Notification includes location details and the predefined emergency message. If the workflow associated with the running emergency event requires acknowledgement, the App will allow the user to either confirm or reject this receipt of the emergency notification.

Notification workflows can be configured for every available emergency event, triggered either via connected button or in app launch options, such as soft button or handset shaking. Each workflow offers the option that a recipient has to acknowledge the emergency message and can include escalation to the same group or a different group altogether if the set number of acknowledgements have not been received withing the given time frame.

Voice, text and push notification allow the user to acknowledge the call or message respectively.
