Your donation furthers our mission and purpose in advocating for greater legal protections, strengthening services for abuse survivors, and promoting happy, healthy families across Texas.The Texas Council on Family Violence is the only nonprofit coalition in Texas dedicated solely to creating safer communities and freedom from family violence. With a state­wide reach and direct local impact, TCFV, with the collective strength of more than 1,000 members, shapes public policy, equips service providers, and drives prevention efforts. More than 5 million Texans will experience domestic violence in their lifetime —that's 1 in 3 Texas women. Each year, more than 100 Texas women lose their lives to domestic violence.
