What is it about?

Gordian(TM) problem solving process allows teams to collaborate and leverage each individual's unique perspectives to contribute to finding the best approach for solving a problem. The app allows people to participate remotely in a real-time session or in a disconnected session. Most importantly at the end of the process a sense of unity around the solution chosen emerges because everyone contributed in the formation of the results. They were heard during the process and their input considered. A significant part of the value of the process is that exploration of alternatives occurs in an organized way that allows best judgement solutions to emerge quickly. Typically an exercise can be completed in 45 minutes to an hour.
