Gore Cardioform

The GORE® CARDIOFORM Occluder app gives healthcare professionals the ability to simulate the deployment of GORE® CARDIOFORM ASD Occluder and GORE® CARDIOFORM Septal Occluder in various atrial septal defects (ASD) and/or patent foramen ovales (PFO).

Developed for physicians who are interested in a deeper understanding of ASD and PFO closure using GORE® CARDIOFORM Occluders.

Features:
Device selection - Select between the GORE® CARDIOFORM ASD Occluder and the GORE® CARDIOFORM Septal Occluder
Defect selection – select the type of defect you would like to close, including: Simple ASD, Multi-fenestrated ASD, Long Tunnel PFO, Thick Septum Secundum PFO or Atrial Septal Aneurysm PFO
Deployment sequence – follow each of the device deployment sequences or jump to a particular sequence: deploy, lock, release, retrieval
Cardiac rotation – rotate the heart to view various angles of the defect and device
Side-by-side view – view side-by-side images of the device at various deployment sequences in the heart and rotate each heart to view different angles
