revolutionary smart innovation, GoTraq, using real time tracking technology.
This will aid organisations and individuals to securely monitor groups of
people or loved ones.

It is an intuitive GPS-enabled application which will allow users to track, locate
and communicate with somebody in a crowd or a new place, all in real time.
GoTraq will be a constant support system that will help parents, families and
tour organisers track and monitor individuals and groups. Gotraq takes pride
in being one of its kind in catering to a broader clientele. GoTraq looks to
enlarge the use case for the technology.

Looking at the need of the hour in this pandemic times, where people wish to
feel secure of the whereabouts of their loved ones on a tour, GoTraq launches
itself for Tour Operators and Travel Agents initially. The tour operators will
need to keep track of their customers on a multi destination trip. Hence,
GoTraq enables them to guide the trip members while efficiently saving
significant time and physiological distress. One such niche but massive tour is
the Hajj & Umrah Pilgrimage. So our first objective is to provide our app for
organizers of the Hajj & Umrah pilgrimage.

GoTraq in its later releases will offer attractive wearable devices which will
expand its usage for tracking children at school, pets, vehicles and elderly
family members living remotely to mention a few.

Hajj is a pilgrimage that occurs once a year in the Islamic community which is
considered as the largest gathering, with around 3 million pilgrims in Saudi
Arabia. During this pilgrimage the pilgrims travel across 5 important
destinations. These pilgrims includes people of all ages, some travelling alone
and others with their family members. The travel agents who organize this
tour in groups of attendees with different schedules may find it difficult to
manage and communicate with all the pilgrims during this pilgrimage.
Umrah is a shorter pilgrimage for the Islamic community which can be
performed at any time during the year. Therefore, it’s not as crowded as the
Hajj pilgrimage. But it is noted that there are significantly way more people
performing Umrah during the month of Ramadan. So the travel agents might
run into challenges with larger groups at times.

The GoTraq app provides a smart solution where in the travel agents can
monitor all their pilgrims’ real time location, communicate to them
individually and in groups and guide a lost pilgrim back to the group. The
travel agent can subscribe freely with GoTraq and purchase accesses for
their pilgrims through which they can monitor all of them during the
pilgrimage.
